IMProv Center BOT Bounty Contest
When you use the IMProv Center you agree to all of the terms, conditions and rules of our Contest Rules, as well as and including the following (“Summary Rules”):
- You agree and understand that the owner of IMProvCenter.com, IM Interactive Corp. (“IMI”), and all of IMI’s affiliates (“we”) are not responsible for any of the obligations or liabilities of, or claims you have against, Microsoft Corporation or Akonix, Inc., and we are not responsible for any interruptions in service, service quality defects, failures or other defects relating to the hosting or operation of your bots. We do not represent or guarantee that the services we offer are fit for any particular purpose or are error free, and they offered on an “AS IS” basis.
- You agree that we may remove any bot from our host center at any time for good cause as determined in our discretion, including removal for inappropriate or offensive content;
- You understand that we are not owned by, under the control of, or affiliated with Microsoft Corporation.
- You understand that the use of the IMProv Center and/or Akonix software does not improve or otherwise favorably impact upon the judging or evaluation decisions of Microsoft in regards to the contest.
- You understand that we have not independently evaluated the fairness or propriety of the standards or procedures that Microsoft will use to determine contest winners, and understand that we have no role in the judging and will not be held for any mistakes, errors, omissions, irregularities or improprieties.
- You agree that by submitting your bot for hosting you are also agreeing to the terms and conditions for IMProv Center Prizes, and acknowledge that you have read and understand those terms.
- You agree that we may use your name and bot information on our and our partner’s sites for promotional and marketing purposes on a royalty free, worldwide, nonexclusive and perpetual basis.
- You are not eligible to win if, among other things, you:
1. Do not use Akonix L7 Builder™ by registered download from this Site
2. You do not host your competition bot with IM Prov Center
3. You are disqualified from or fail to qualify for the MSN Contest
